Thank you for your support of The King's Temple Church. Please read the following Refund and Cancellation Policy to understand how we handle refunds and cancellations.


All donations are considered final and non-refundable. If you believe that an error has been made in connection with your donation, please contact us at [email protected] within 14 days from the date of the donation. We will review your request and respond accordingly.

Event Registrations

For event registrations, cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to the event to receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 7 days of the event may be subject to a cancellation fee. No-shows will not be refunded.


If you have purchased merchandise from our online store and are not satisfied, you may return the item within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, minus shipping costs. The item must be in its original condition. Please include a copy of the receipt and a brief explanation for the return.

Subscriptions and Recurring Donations

If you have set up a recurring donation or subscription, you may cancel it at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. Please provide at least 5 business days' notice before the next scheduled payment.
