At The King's Temple Church, we value the contributions of our volunteers. This Volunteer Policy outlines the expectations and guidelines for those who wish to serve in our church community.
To become a volunteer at The King's Temple Church, you must be a member of the church and have attended regularly for at least 2 months. This helps ensure that our volunteers are familiar with our church culture and values.
Interested individuals must complete a volunteer application form and may be required to participate in an interview. Background checks may also be conducted for certain volunteer positions.
All new volunteers will receive orientation and training specific to their volunteer role. Ongoing support and supervision will be provided by designated church staff or experienced volunteers.
Volunteers are expected to adhere to the church's Code of Conduct, which includes treating others with respect, maintaining confidentiality, and representing the church in a positive manner.
Volunteers are asked to make a commitment to a specific schedule and to notify their supervisor in advance if they are unable to fulfill their scheduled time.
We value and appreciate the time and effort of our volunteers. Regular recognition and appreciation events will be held to honor our volunteers.
